It is not reasonable to think that the training program for a baseball player could be the same as the one for an Ironman competitor. The same applies for the executive that is sitting behind his computer 8 hours a day or the firefighter dealing with high resistance tasks.

Different people have different needs, and they are largely determined by the biomechanical needs of their sports and daily living.

A balanced body is a stronger and healthier body.

In this class you will learn how to properly assess the biomechanical needs of the client and how to address them to ensure better performance and healthier movement patterns.

Finally, all the tools taught in class will require the most basic equipment, in such a way that they can be performed virtually at any gym around the world.

Day 2: Assessing the lower body
•Flexibility assessment

By completing this course, you will have all the biomechanical information to properly make the right decisions in prescribing choice and order of exercises.
